To return an item to Zia Moda, please repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip and follow these simple steps: (Please note that we are unable to refund gift box or gift-wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.)

1. Contact our customer service department for a return authorization number by calling toll-free 1.800.754.3151. Our staff is available Monday through Saturday from 9am to 9pm Eastern.

2. Either print out and complete this form or write down the requested info on any handy piece of paper and include it in your package. Your feedback is important to us so we appreciate hearing the reason for the return.
