We accept orders from the United States, APO addresses, European Union countries, Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and most other countries. Zia Moda offers a number of shipping options using United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS).
During checkout once your ship to address is entered you will see the available shipping options
and pricing for delivery.
Unless your order contains an item that is backordered, a pre-order item, or is shipping from a vendor, your
order will typically ship within 24 hours of your order (Monday through
Friday). Orders are shipped in full unless otherwise requested. When your order ships, you will be notified by email
including the tracking number. For the security of your shipment,
some deliveries may require a signature. You may
choose to waive this signature

At Zia Moda, we want you to be pleased with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, within
30 days of receipt you may exchange, replace or credit
your purchase when it is returned in a saleable condition.
To request a return authorization simply follow the instructions on our return
form (click here). A few guidelines for returns:
- If you would like to return an item for any reason (you are
not completely satisfied or you received a wrong item) you
may return it within 30 days of your receipt.
- The item must be returned in original saleable condition with the original packaging and tags intact.
- Please contact us first to receive a return authorization
number. We cannot accept returns without this number.
- For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured
courier (e.g., UPS, DHL, USPS Parcel Post) and retain
your receipt. Zia Moda LLC is not responsible for items damaged
or lost in transit.
- After we have received your return and processed it, you
will be refunded for the cost of the items and any applicable
sales tax.
- Shipping and gift wrap charges are not refundable.
- Your should see your refund within one or two billing cycles
on your credit card statement.
