To return an item to Zia Moda, please repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip and follow these simple steps: (Please note that we are unable to refund gift box or gift-wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.)

1. Contact our customer service department by calling toll-free 1.800.754.3151 and indicate that you have a return and provide the order number. Our staff is available Monday through Saturday from 9am to 9pm Eastern.

2. Write down the Return Number given to you by the customer service representative in the appropriate form field below. Please complete this form, including your name, address, and reason for return, and include this form in the returned package.

3. Address the package to Zia Moda at the following address, including the return number:
